Wound Care Solutions is a mobile wound care practice based in Troy, Michigan. Our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and medical assistants brings advanced treatment directly to patients at home, in nursing homes and in assisted living facilities across Metro Detroit.
For many people, getting to a wound clinic is the hardest part of healing. Limited mobility, transportation problems and ongoing health conditions lead to missed appointments and wounds that stay open longer. We remove that barrier by bringing the clinic to the patient, with the same expertise, in a setting where they feel safe and comfortable.
